From Culinary Teas

Mango is a flavorful tropical fruit. The only improvement we could think of is to combine it with our rich Sencha. Fresh Sencha flavor and sweet Mango will bring a tropical summer treat to your tea time!

These large 5 gram teabags contain specially steamed and fired Sencha leaves which have been blended with a hint of Matcha. Specially processed to brew in cold water, just add a bag to a 20 oz bottle of water shake and you’re ready to go! They also have enough flavor to be infused up to 5 times so just keep refilling your bottle and one teabag will last you all day!

COLD NOTES:
Yes!!!! This is MUCH better iced! Oddly…I didn’t care for it HOT…but…that’s not how it was intended so I won’t hold that against ’em.

COLD this is tasty! After ‘brewing’ the color of the liquor is that of lemon lime gatorade. It’s vegetal and sweet and has nice mango highlights without being overly flavored. The Matcha turned out very satisfying COLD. The Matcha/Sencha worked well. It’s just enough fruity, just enough vegetal-grass vs vegetal-sweet, and just enough green kick to get ya going!

Yup! COLD…certainly the way to go!

I didn’t brew this quite the way the instructions suggested (by dropping a tea bag into a 20oz bottle of water), instead, I put five tea bags into my half gallon pitcher and added filtered water and allowed it to steep overnight.

This produced a strong flavored iced tea, but, I wouldn’t say it’s too strong, and certainly not bitter. Instead, it’s really tasty. I like that while the mango is a dominate flavor here, it does not overpower the flavor of the green tea, and the Matcha really comes through so deliciously. Sweet, slightly vegetative, and very restorative! Yummy!
