“I haven’t had Dogs yet, so this review will only be for Cats. This brick smelled and tasted amazing! It first started out strong and still tasted really fresh. The first 4-5 steps were very green...” Read full tasting note

Description

One of our biggest competitors is white2tea. We had tea with Paul of white2tea last year in Menghai. While under the influence of inordinate amounts of high quality puerh we challenged ourselves to set aside our professional differences and work together in the spirit of sportsmanship, cooperation, peace, and love.

What we have created is special and unique. We have each crafted a blend that is capable alone, but designed to be steeped together. We called our combined product “Cats and Dogs”. “Cats” is our blend and “Dogs” is the offering from Paul and white2tea. “Cats” brews soft and sweet and “Dogs” brews bitter and strong. Together there is a harmonious balance of flavor and aroma.

“Cats” is available for sale exclusively on our website and “Dogs” is available only from white2tea. Are you a “Cats” person or a “Dogs” person? Buy both and find out.

This brick is made entirely of Spring 2016 material. These teas have been heavily compressed into tight 100g bricks intended for long term aging. Take care when opening them. Use a tea knife cautiously or steam them apart.
