#tiffanys2021sipdown Tea #6

I finished this cold-brew pitcher yesterday 1/5 my first day off in 2021. This is from a chai cafe in Chicago that I grabbed a bunch of their 3 oz loose leaf teas back in late October 2020. A nice straight green tea from Nepal that came out strong with 4 DT PS in a DT perfect pitcher.

I like the name of this cafe (“Chiya” is Nepalese for tea, “Chai” is Indian). I actually named by cat Chiya for the obvious reason. :-)
