From chinalife

Dark roasted Wuyi Yan Cha (rock oolong). Charcoal caramel leading to cranberry juice soaked wood. Vanilla whisky, fresh tobacco and ripe apricots.

Harvest: Spring
Origin: Wuyi Mountain Fujian Province, China
Type: Oolong

One of China’s most revered and highly sought after teas is Da Hong Pao, also known as Empress Oolong, Rock Oolong, Wuyi Oolong and Big Red Robe Oolong. This tea is grown in the beautiful Wuyi mountains of Fujian Province, a nine peak mountain with vast rocky fingers pointing to the sky. The high altitude and rocky, fast draining terrain make it the only place to grow true Empress Oolong.
