From Chawangshop

Yibang mountain is one of Six Famous Tea Mountains of Xishuanbanna with long tea history. This little aged raw puerh cake is made of wild arbor tea from Yibang area. Yibang is famous for small varietal tea trees like Jingmai. This cake was stored few years in humid place in Banna and later in Kunming dry warehouse. This cake was pressed medium by traditional manner with stone. Whole leaves can be well separated.

Deep orange tea soup with pleasant fruit and honey aroma. Smooth and balanced in mouth. The taste is lighter than Yiwu teas, fruity without astringency.

Limited quantity in our shop. After long term storage in Kunming, the tea gradually lost moisture and become dark, dry and break easily. Now each cake weighs only about 380g.

Typical Yibang.
I read a lot about Yibang and I know that many people like it. But all Yibang pu I’ve tasted are the same. Pretty sweet yellow soup without any traces of bitterness (and flowers/honey/mushrooms) and it seems boring for my taste.
Just not my kind of pu.
