2005 Changtai Gold Bamboo Mountain Green Raw 400g
Gold Bamboo Mountain is in the Jing Gu (景谷) region, one of the home bases of Chang Tai. Chang Tai established their fame mostly with Yi Wu tea.
Traditional production methods; large leaf; stone pressed. This tea cake was made by using wild grown arbor materials from Gold Bamboo mountain, Qianjia Zhai, where the oldest tea trees were found. Many regard this as the most outstanding tea among all Changtai’s 2005 offerings.
Gold Bamboo Mountain (金竹山)is actually the same as Bitter Bamboo Mountain (苦竹山). Bitter Bamboo Mountain was the original name, and it was renamed by tea producers to Gold Bamboo Mountain (to make the tea more appealing to customers).
