Kosebei (high grown)TGFOP

The Kenya Tea Estate of Kosabei lies in the Nandi highlands at an altitude of over 5500 feet. Kosabei has a great reputation for producing top quality high grown orthodox loose leaf teas, this production is a “Tippy Golden Flowery Orange Pekoe” grade tea. The golden color in the cup is bright and coppery. The resulting liquor has a fine deep malty character with notes of toffee. A classic leafy orthodox Kenyan Tea just recently available as an organic & fair trade grade.

Tasting Notes; The resulting liquor has a fine deep malty character with notes of toffee.

Steeping Instructions;1 tsp. per 8oz. Steep for 3 -5 minutes at 195 – 200 degrees
