My husband has the flu. I don’t want to get the flu. So I am hoping this will help me avoid it. (I don’t do flu shots… I avoid shots whenever possible)

This has a much lighter flavor and texture to it than I expected with the hibiscus in it. I think that next time I brew this, I can actually try to go longer than 5 minutes (which is my usual steep time for anything with hibiscus in it). It has a nice lemony flavor in the background, and a berry flavor up front. It doesn’t taste medicinal. It tastes herbal-y, but not medicinal.

Not bad at all… this is certainly better than a flu shot.

Here’s hoping you don’t get it! I never get the shot either.

meh.

It’s not bad but it doesn’t really taste like much…but…if it does the trick!?

Anyhow…it lingers with the lemon but not much else. During the sip I can taste the chamomile…not really sure how I feel about this one to be honest…
