From Canton Tea Co

Small tippy leaves in a high grade loose puerh tea.
This superb puerh is made from the highest grade leaves in puerh city itself – Simao. The leaves are known for their small, tippy quality which makes them taste extra sweet. After fermenting, they are separated into different grades – Gong Ting is the highest. After sorting, only 5% of the leaves will be Gong Ting for this tea. The rest will go to make lower-grade tea.

Use a small teapot. 3-5g of tea per 140ml water: 95°C. Wash tea briefly then 10-15 seconds infusions.

Treated myself to another Gong Fu session with this tea the other day – it really is just so good. I can imagine this is a tea that I’ll order again, before their stocks run out. It’s delicious, treacle-toffee sweetness, coupled with its creaminess and smoothness on the palette, just make this tea a real treat.
