From Canton Tea Co

A tea in Tie Guan Yin style, grown in Vietnam by a Taiwanese family.

This is an example of an Oolong tea from a non-traditional source. Although tea grows naturally in northern Vietnam in the mountain forests bordering China, commercial farms have recently been planted in the southern part of the country. As well as large plantations for growing medium quality bulk teas, there have also been small enterprises set up to produce speciality varieties. In fact farms have been planted specifically for the production of Oolong teas in many parts of Asia, including Thailand, Indonesia and Vietnam, and even in New Zealand. This tea is from the Vina Suzuki farm, located in Lam Dong province in the Central Mountains of southern Vietnam. It is an organic farming co-operative established by a Taiwanese family, and mainly produces Oolong teas in the Taiwanese style.

Use 1 -2 tsp per cup (200-250ml), water at 95°C; infuse 2-3 mins; repeat
