Description

This is a well-renowned tea from Guangdong Province, made from the tree varietal No. 9 which is considered the best. The leaves are dark and the liquor is a bright dark amber colour which is robust enough to carry milk if desired. The has a fabulously smooth mouthfeel and distinctive notes of caramel and honey.

Tasting Notes: Delicate taste with the right level of bitterness to balance the hint of honey aroma & taste. Mellow & sticky texture on the tongue.
Quick Brewing Instructions: Use 1tsp per cup (200ml); water temperature around 90°C (194°F): and infuse 2-3 mins.
