This organic lot produced exclusively from clones of cultivar AV2 was carefully transformed in order to maintain beautiful large leaves and buds with bright hues. Its golden liquor is round and light deploying ample herbaceous (celery), floral and spicy (pepper) fragrances. A touch of subtly saline mineral adds depth to its soft and long finish.
