The gentle natural jasmine flavors of the Taiwanese Bi Luo Chun are amplified by real jasmine flowers while still remaining gentle. This tea is not overly floral. The pear flavor is complimented by star anise. This tea is refreshing and perfect for reflecting. Adding a little bit of sugar will create a flavor similar to a pear hard candy.
