This is definitely one of the better fruity black teas I’ve tried, which is a category I don’t normally love. I can barely taste the black tea, but I get just the right amount of tartness. The flavoring reminds me of one of the Adagio fruit teas…I don’t remember which. The fruit is perfectly tart and refreshing – if I had an uncaffeinated version of this, I would drink it frequently. I can totally picture this flavor being passion fruit.

Cold Brew!
This was the better out of the two cold brews I made today. I still found the flavour a little bit weak/mild but the notes of tropical sweet passionfruit and hint of lemongrass were pleasant with the body of the black tea. I couldn’t help but wonder if maybe it would have been a little more “punchy” if I’d made it hot.
I think, if the opportunity presented itself, I’d be curious to try this again with some tweaks to my steeping. However, it was neither exciting or unappealing enough that I would go out of my way to either seek it out or avoid it.
