My memory of this type of cookie goes back before GS adopted them: at the time, they were Sunshine Yum Yums, they were rectangular without a hole, and I would scarf a box at a time while recovering from various angsty junior-high romantic breakups and listening to Dan Fogelberg. Hey, don’t laugh. You were fifteen once.

So…this gets a plus simply for nostalgia. As far as flavor goes, I’m still thinking about it. The presence of coconut and caramel is definitely there, but there was a hint of something a little chemically-tasting as well. Of course, I’d just brushed my teeth…this may not be one to imbibe first thing in the a.m.

We’ll give it another whirl with some milk and see what happens. I want it to be really, really good :)

I don’t know where you shop, but I wish we had the same variety on the shelf. We have Lipton, a tiny amount of Twinings, Tazo, and CS, and more Lipton.

I’ve been hitting the jackpot lately with our Food 4 Less, which I think is a Kroger stepchild. Since fall, there’s been a boxed Bigelow display every couple months with the new flavors. Their standard selection is pretty basic—pretty much what you just mentioned.

I don’t even feel bad for adding a ton of creamer to this one.

I’ve had this straight before and couldn’t taste anything past the bitterness. Just foul. I thought about dumping the tea bags, but felt bad wasting them. Enter Cinnabon creamer and another week at my in-laws!

All I taste is the creamer and it’s sweet delicious cinnamon bun, maybe a little bit of frosted cookie. Oh yes yes yes. Plus, since I remembered by travel tumblers this week, I now have caffeine at work! YES!

Rating reflects the tea on its own and not with the creamer, since I didn’t think that would be fair.

(Only 11 more days until we close and get the keys to the house…)

I saw the Thin Mint Girl Scout Cookie tea on Reddit. I was curious if they would try this flavor.

I saw that one in the store along with this one and was so tempted to get it … then I remembered that I already had a mint/chocolate blend and resisted the temptation. I got this one instead which turned out to be … not great.
