From Bigelow

Mother Nature gave us a wonderful gift when she packed powerful antioxidants into green tea.
But not all green tea tastes the same. To make all natural Green Tea with Pomegranate, Bigelow uses only the finest quality tea that has been grown in higher-elevation gardens and gently processed to bring out the tea’s natural, smooth flavor. The exciting taste of pomegranate is then masterfully blended with the delicate geen tea before wrapping each tea bag in its own protective pouch to seal in all the wonderful flavor and freshness.
All natural Bigelow Green Tea with Pomegranate takes green tea enjoyment to a whole new level. It’s a great way to help you relax and enjoy a healthier lifestyle.

I can’t really taste the green tea since pomegranate flavor is quite strong. I do like it but it’s kinda like light juice than actual tea.

Thanks for giving the Green Tea with Pomegranate a try, we appreciate your review of the tea and will certainly share your observations of the pomegranate flavor being a bit too overpowering, with our Marketing Team for you

My husband bought this for himself but I inhaled it. Its pretty decent but does have a unique flavor to it. Not really predominantly pomegranate but just a fruitiness.

A tea bag from Madeline, thank you!
Oh well. Delicate green tea with the added touch of sweet pomegranate they claim. I call it a cheap green tea with an apple flavour.

Pomegranate? Not even in the aroma of the moist bag. That was actually quite sour.
Brewed and steeped for three minutes as they suggest was okay. I was craving for fruity green today. Unfortunately not a single tea was what I was looking for. This one, is mostly hay. And artificial, stinging a bit, apple flavour. Yes, I don’t get any pomegranate from it, not even in the colour. It looks like a swamp water.

Dismal.
Two greens today, as I need to work on my statistics paper due on Monday, and I was studying for one of two exams on Monday all day too. I prefer Mathematics instead of Economy. But yep, my nerves are going crazy a lot recently, which is completely normal and I am afraid tomorrow I won’t be able to study at all (but I should)

10oz out of tea for one pot/mug.

Let’s be honest with each other here, this is not a pomegranate tea.
This is a green tea with apples and hibiscus, but it’s easy-drinking and tastes surprisingly good. My review is biased as this was in my tea cabinet at work, up for grabs.

The base is a nice green tea, something you might find at an Asian restaurant. If there is any bitterness in the green tea portion, it is immediately masked by crisp tart apple and biting hibiscus. And that’s where my review ends actually, same as the flavor it just falls a little flat after those notes.

That being said, if this lives in your work tea cabinet and you want a green tea fix that’s out of the norm, grab this instead of the Lipton.

I used to have a box of Ceylon apple tea with this same slightly-overpowering fruit flavor. Maybe chasing that feeling of a tea I enjoyed as a teenager skewed my rating.

Well, at the parent’s again. This time I’m reviewing their go-to tea. This is the tea that my parents drink every night for dinner. Now, their recipe for this tea is 10 teabags for 2 qt, cold brewed for 12 hours. It makes a very strong magenta liquid. Flavor is very bitter when drunk plain. I do get the fruity flavor in the taste, but it isn’t as pronounced as I would like. Usually when I make this I have to use at least one full splenda per glass in order to make it palatable. It’s really not good tea, green or otherwise. I’m not even getting a lot of green tea flavor to this, just straight up bitter. I drink it when I come here, but only because they really don’t have much else to drink. It’s either this or water. All in all can’t recommend. It’s really bad.

Fruit is not overbearing or too artificial, base could have more flavor. Tasted better when I accidentally let it cool down.

I was a volunteer at summer camp and didn’t pack tea for the week long of adults watching Lord of the Flies happen before their eyes.
However, this is one of the teas that Bigelow provides in their sampler pack that the camp provided so I drank it at lunch every day that week and found that the pomegranate in this provides a nice pink/purple color to the liquid that I enjoy watching spew out into the water. This isn’t a terrible tea if I was to compare mass quantity tea bags available at Walmart but overall it still is quantity over quality with this tea. My ability to drink this each day was proof that it doesn’t fail, but it just isn’t a tea that I’d choose if I had ‘other’ options around.

Delicate flavor. Smells like a tart apple. I enjoy this tea more as it reaches lower temperatures.

First steep: Awesome red color! Smelled very fruity. Taste was fine – I’m still trying to adjust to naked tea drinking with no sugar, lemon, or milk, so it was just fine for me. I’m sure I’ll come to enjoy it more.
Second steep: No red color, less fruity smell. Flavor obviously not as strong. Not as great but I never expect it to be. :)

What a pleasant flavor. I was expecting something mediocre but the taste is actually quite good. About 3 minutes of steep time.
