“Backlogging from last week…nice and smooth…slightly floral yet juicy. Loose leaf in a silken bag from their new office sets! Brilliant in stocking up for the office and introducing to friends!” Read full tasting note
“O is for… Oolong Goddess. Sipdown! Unfortunately this tastes only like a very watered down, very unextraordinary oolong. I can’t say for sure how old it is though, since I only have the one...” Read full tasting note
“Backlog from this morning. Brought this with me to class and brewed it in my timolino. Really good! But since I was just sipping it as presentations were going on, I wasn’t really paying attention...” Read full tasting note
“A lovely pale green with a very pleasant, delicate floral scent. The flavor is nicely green with that floral scent coming out very mildly in the taste. A very refreshing tea.” Read full tasting note

Description

In Mandarin, Ti Kuan Yin means ‘iron goddess of mercy,’ a name derived from local legend. Our Oolong Goddess, or Ti Kuan Yin, is arguably the finest of Chinese oolongs. Competition-grade varieties sell for thousands of dollars a pound, and ours is right on par with the finest on the market. Full-leaf tea in portable, individually wrapped bags: superior taste, maximum convenience.

Ingredients: Ti Kuan Yin oolong

Steeping Instructions: Steep at 195° for 2-3 minutes.
