From A.C. Perch's Thehandel

This China Oolong comes from the northern part of the Fuijan province.
Among Chinese people, this tea is called Ti Kuan Yin, the Merciful Gods tea. According to the Chinese people, this tea purifies the soul of the sins committed.
Chinese Oolong teas are fermented between 5-20 %. The more the tea is fermented, the darker it becomes.
This Oolong is slightly less fermented than the organic China Oolong which results in a more fine flavour.

Recommended preparation: 100°C water/10 g. per liter water

Time: 8 minutes

A.C. Perch 2022 Advent Day 22: China Oolong

This was lovely! I really enjoy a green oolong and this one was creamy and just all round delightful. I would order this one for our cupboard as I do enjoy having a collection of easy drinking green oolongs!
