316 Tasting Notes
I don’t usually drink straight green teas, but I was sent some of this one for free so, why not? This is actually a very nice and smooth tea, but has very prominent jasmine flavouring. I added some sugar and its nice. Floral and of course, the green tea. I like this, but only once in a while.
Flavors: Floral, Jasmine, Smooth

I think (hope) this is the last of this tea. I’m having it iced and its just too tart for me… Despite adding sugar – and – vodka. The vodka made it a little more bearable but its still clear I’m not a fan of this tea. Meh. Just too much hibiscus I guess. It’s very tangy and tart.
Flavors: Hibiscus, Tangy, Tart
Preparation
Hmm- this tea is actually pretty good – considering I’m not a fan of either vanilla or bergamot. Maybe theres a difference between bergamot oil and bergamot peel, which is in this blend. It tastes more citrusy. I can taste it but it isn’t overwhelming like earl grey tea is. I’d say I can taste the vanilla as well but the apple is there too. I thought there was orange peel in it but apparently not. Must be the bergamot peel aspect of it. Surprisingly I’m rating this higher than Lady Marmalade. I really love this one. It kinda reminds me of Earl of Lemon.
Flavors: Apple, Bergamot, Citrusy, Vanilla

Wow, they did a good job making this taste like marmalade. It’s actually pretty close. Although I’m not really a fan of marmalade, this is pretty nice. I added some sugar to make it taste sweeter. I taste the apricot and apple, as well as a hint of ginger. I like this tea – though I’ll probably only get 50g. (I’ll decide when I have a second cup.
Flavors: Apple, Apricot, Ginger
Preparation
I had a hot cup of this to go yesterday because my lovely tea guide offered me it for free – since I waited patiently while she went to storage to get the sachets of the mothers day teas they are allowed to sell individually. (Which I am so excited to try) Anyway, this was a nice darjeeling black tea. I didn’t notice many differences really – but it was pleasantly astringent, and there was a slight fruity note. I don’t notice too much with straight teas. But it was pretty good.
Flavors: Astringent

I was craving something chocolatey the other night because I felt sad after spilling my whole cup of iced maple matcha on the floor. So this was my go to for the comforting chocolate tea. I made it as a latte too, so even more delicious. Ultimately I’m sad I don’t have very much of this tea. I only tried it just before it retired. I really enjoy this one, with its yummy chocolate and cinnamon spice to it. The longer I steeped it the better it was!
Flavors: Chocolate, Cinnamon, Spices
Preparation
Hmm, I thought I had already reviewed this but I guess I didn’t so I’ll do it now. I’m having a iced cup of this since I don’t have it too often and I’m starting to get into the iced tea season now. This is much better iced than it is hot. Nice cherry & licorice flavour. Although I’m careful about the steeping times, since it does tend to get bitter quickly. I like it though.
Flavors: Cherry, Fruity, Licorice
Preparation
Holy crap, I LOVE this tea. I’ve only had it iced, but this is my favourite out of the new summer collection. I love the blackberry taste, and I don’t remember finding a tea with such distinct blackberry flavour. Also, the loose leaf smells delicious. I am going through my solo pretty quickly. I think I’ll need a tinzilla soon.
Flavors: Blackberry, Fruity
Preparation
Well, this is sour alright. It basically tastes close to Luscious Watermelon – but sour. For me the sourness took away any sweetness this may have had – so I had to add some sugar. Overall though this tea is alright, but not my favourite. I’ll finish the solo I got eventually, but I’m not buying more.
Flavors: Green Apple, Melon, Sour
