Tiffany :) sent me a TON of these teabags! THANK YOU! Luckily I like them! I will be doubling up on them though. Eyeing the CTC leaf, it looks like half a teaspoon in each teabag. It might have been a LITTLE strong, but note to self, use a big mug if you steep two. But I love when an Earl is brisk. The bergamot itself isn’t my absolute favorite, that’s tough to match, but it isn’t bad bergamot at all. Also strong! Well, this IS named “Earl GreyER”. I’m glad I like it… I will have plenty around when I want a solid Earl.
Steep #1 // 2 teabags for big mug // 23 minutes after boiling // 1 1/2 minute steep
Steep #2 // 3 min after boiling // 3min
Flavors: Bergamot, Brisk

When I brew RofTea in my 4 cup pot I use 6 teabags. I am not a fan of bergamot, though, so I haven’t had this one.
For whatever reason my eyes originally read, “Earl Geyser.” Which… would also be a pretty great name for a tea.
Maddy, I’m probably overdo it with this one if I used 6 teabags.
Mastress alita, this tea will probably forever be Earl Geyser for me now. It IS a geyser of briskness and bergamot! haha
