I purchased the tea from the Adagio retail store. The tea is contained in tin canisters. The lids are secured with tape which leave a sticky residue. There is no indication on the canisters about the tea being organic.

A few months back I wrote a review for this product on the Harney & Sons website (harney.com). In the review I wrote that I have observed on multiple occasions the color of this White Christmas tea after steeping to be a maroon-red and not the pale yellow color that is pictured on the Harney & Sons website. The Harney & Sons website never posted my review. Be wary of the suspiciously disproportionate one-sided reviews on the Harney & Sons website (harney.com).
