Very citrusy, and im sure it is high in vitamin C or something. I love this tea! I generally have 3-4 resteeps with this one. It goes and goes…. Very piney and slight citrus, with some mellow sweetness. It is hard to mess this one up, but i suggest no more than 1 minute steeps and go less than 190F.

This tea is very nice. The aroma is amazing and very floral. Do not oversteep or steep above 185F because the subtle nuances of this tea can be overshadowed by any tannin bitterness. Overall taste is melon fruit and floral.

Great green tea, mellow and slightly astringent. Nutty aftertaste fades into grassy lawn.

I really liked this one. It actually did have a cotton candy smell or as the package says “spun sugar”. I steeped at a pretty high temperature and it still was not very bitter, in fact, slightly sweet on the palate. I almost gave this one away without trying it, but now I am glad that I kept it. Great balance!
