I tried this a couple months ago, and haven’t been able to get a hold of it since. It seems to be quite popular, and for good reason. It has a strong and well-balanced lemon-ginger flavor, and is pleasantly sweet. The lemon does taste somewhat artificial, like lemon candy, but I found the taste quite pleasant.

drank Chamomile by Adagio Teas

I usually really enjoy Chamomile, so I ordered some from Adagio. To my disgust it was musty and grassy, rather than lightly sweet and floral. Thinking I maybe had a bad batch, I ordered some in a coffee shop that served Adagio teas. It was again musty and grassy. Thanks, but I’ll go back to my bagged varieties.

This tea tastes fine on the first sip, a somewhat artificial apple flavor, with a strong kick of cinnamon, but even if you take out the teabag it quickly gets more and more sweet until it is so sweet that it is utterly undrinkable. I do not recommend it.

I really didn’t enjoy this tea. It tasted to me like sweetened artificial butter flavoring and smelled like pineapple. The combination was very unpleasant to me. I ended up throwing the rest of the box out.

I really enjoy this tea. The spices aren’t very strong, but it has a lovely sweet orange flavor. It doesn’t taste artificial to me at all. I drink it plain, with chai spices, and in a variety of homemade blends, and enjoy it every time.

I always keep Chamomile tea in my cupboard, and drink it most days. It has a mild, flowery flavor that is somewhat reminiscent of apples. It’s a very relaxing and comforting tea, and good for the digestion. I’m not overly picky about where my chamomile comes from (though some loose versions taste very strange, so be careful there), and Celestial Seasonings’ Chamomile is quite good.

This tea was not quite what I was hoping for. Celestial Seasonings has quite a pleasant Chamomile tea, but the apple flavor was very artificial. I’ve used this in a couple of homemade blends, and it’s better there. It was actually quite intriguing blended with Adagio’s Sour Apple. I’ll use this box, but I don’t think I’ll be buying more.

This is the least pleasant tea I have ever tasted. It was at once bland, bitter, and burnt tasting. It had a strong flavor of cardomom (which I don’t really enjoy), and did not taste or smell at all of Coconut. I’m puzzled at the fact that some people seem to have had such a different experience of this tea.

I’m a big fan of raspberries and raspberry flavored things, so I usually keep a box of this on hand. Raspberry pairs pretty well with Hibiscus, although I usually add a pinch of Xylitol for to bring out the flavor and counteract some of the tartness.

Desert (caramel, cheesecake, chocolate, cream, honey, maple, molasses, vanilla)
Spices (allspice, anise, black pepper, cinnamon, cloves, ginger)
Fruit(apple, blueberry, fig, grape, grapefruit, honeydew, lemon, lime, mango, orange, pineapple, plum, raspberry, strawberry, tangerine, watermelon)

Nuts and seeds (coconut, hazelnut, pecan, cashew, sesame)
Grains(barley, rice)
Herbs (dandelion leaf, echinacea, green rooibos, honeybush, mint, rosemary, thyme)
Vegetables (carrot)

Flavors I Dislike: cardamon, elderflower, licorice root, stevia, tulsi; artificial cherry, and almond flavors; bitter smokey, leathery, medicinal, or overly sweet teas

Allergies and Sensitivities: lavender and stevia upset my stomach

I have participated in the Overboard TTB, the Butiki Herbal Blending Box, the Butiki Educational TTB, and the Puerh Beginners Box. I ran the Herbal TTB and the Monthly TTB Club, and am currently running the Herbal and Decaf TTB.

Ratings: I rate teas based not on their objective quality, but on how much I personally liked them. I mostly do this because it’s an easy way to tell at a glance if I’ve tried a tea before and if I’d be interested in buying it. It sometimes takes a while to sort through and find out whether or not I’ve reviewed a tea without rating it.
90-100: Truly excellent tea, will buy again, could drink it every day but might save it for special occasions because it’s just that good, will miss it if it’s not in my cupboard.
75-89: Really good tea, would buy. Might be a solid everyday tea, or something that has a strong appeal but doesn’t quite amaze.
66-74: Good tea, would buy, but will also look for better
50-66: Probably wouldn’t buy this tea, but would drink it if offered
33-49: I will never buy this tea, and would probably even turn it down if it was offered to me.
1-32: I hope to never drink this tea again

I currently have a young baby, so while I’m drinking lots of tea, my activity may be sporadic.
