Sunday 5/30 — DT Frozen Raspberry 1 pitcher pack. I don’t know why it took me awhile to finish this pitcher, this tea is an easy one to drink. Had it plain and also a cold latte with whole milk.

Friday 5/28 — DT Lady Marmalade hot latte. Intention was to sip this slowly since I have maybe a dozen of this older sampler packets with 10 or 15g, a good latte size. But it ended up more of a gulp here and there between chores around the house. Once I find the bag with the other packets, I will use those accordingly.

Friday 5/28 — Dessert by Deb Chocolate Orange Biscuit Cake 100g bag. This is from Deb’s OG collection that’s how far behind I am, I have teas from her entire company’s existence to go through. The problem for me is what I mentioned recently on my B&B Maple Bacon Pancake note, I am not good with a blend of black/rooibos. Also, for me I love the orange, but the chocolate does not come through in the way I’d like.. maybe I’m just not a chocolate tea fan? Not sure. To get the same orange I’d just drink Deb’s Orange Ginger Shortbread tea (even though I don’t like rooibos) since I think the orange/ginger is nice in that one.

Thursday 5/27 — Verdant Tea Spring Laoshan Green 2020 25g packet. I have a LOT of this tea; I bought some last year then bought more this year on clearance (not realizing I had also purchased last yet). Decided I better start sipping down and it is very nice as a cold brew – got 3 pitchers out of this packet (approx. half each time, and one re-steep). Looking forward to drinking greens this way year-round.

Thursday 5/27 — The Tea Spot Cleveland Coconut Creme (black) 2 oz bag. For the homemade kombucha. 3 pitchers of hot tea cooled to room temp and put in the kombucha jars.

Wednesday 5/26 — Verdant Tea Spring Tieguanyin 2020 25g packet. I like this tea, it was so pleasant as two cold brew pitchers (not at once, just to use up the packet). It has a light floral taste which is okay considering I’m not generally a floral person. I might pass the other packets I have of this tea into the next TTB or swaps with other tea people just because I have soooo many other teas to go through.

Tuesday 5/25 - B&B Maple Bacon Pancakes. 50g bag. Cold brew and sipped down this packet yes. This tea did not age well? I would not have bought 3438423423 bags of this if it had tasted like this at the beginning. I’m having a hard time drinking all this down—hot, cold brew, latte, plain. I think I would like this without the rooibos, these dual blends (black/rooibos seems to be most common) are a struggle for me.

Monday 5/24 - DT Orange Glow — single serving cold brew in glass jar for dayssssssssss. This tea was fine but did not age well, would have liked it to be stronger for leaving it for days. Other bags of this I will try brewing hot before putting in fridge.

Monday 5/24 - DT Mango Fruit Punch pitcher packs x2 cold brewed pitcher for daysssss. Not sure why I didn’t have any sipdowns Fri/Sat/Sun (5/21-5/23)? Fri was a double shift, Sat off, Sun an easy-going AM shift. I’ll have to double check my stash. As the weather the past week or so has been upper 80s/low 90s in daytime I’ve been doubling down on the cold brew pitchers, not really as many lattes or hot drinks.
