The perfect place to enjoy tea and coffee in Boulder. The signature drinks are unique and health focused. I start my day out with a steamed Mate and then I enjoy the Iced Blue Eyes for lunch. At the end of the day, I order their House Chai Latte with almond milk. By far, the best Chai I have had, the perfect balance of spice with out being too sweet.

My favorite place because it drops the pretentious coffee shop feel and they will make something for me if I tell them I like sweet and refreshing and I usually like them! It’s like an experienced bartender giving you drinks to experiment after you describe your pallet preferences :-)

They have pretty good bubble tea

I actually worked here and really enjoyed it. Pekoe is a small chain (3 stores) in Boulder and each location has a different atmosphere due to the unique staff and location-loyal customers. The fact that there are so many regulars says a lot. These are modern, usually super busy tea and coffee shops with a very good selection of loose teas and staff knowledgeable enough to steep them properly. The proprietary house chai blends are SO good. I recommend the spicy green chai. It’s too busy to be laid back and restful, though.

Great variety of teas, a nice atmosphere for a small shop in a retail center – not cozy, but welcoming.
