I’ve been steeping my greens below 90 for longer than 5 mins and the results have been great. Persian Apple is no exception. Try it with a slice of apple (appleception!) and a tablespoon of honey. Just great!

Steeped with the breville as “white tea” for 6:30 at 85C, and sweetened with splenda. Oh man this is DELICIOUS. I’m starting to believe that the breville settings are more reliable than the standard “brew as” things they write in the labels from david’s tea – I can’t believe all their teas brew at 98C. This tastes MUCH BETTER at 85C.You should try it.

Another one of my favourites. I’m going to buy my third tin. Deliciously lemony and gingery, super refreshing. It’s good both as a summer iced tea, or served as warming winter tea (with a spoonful of honey!).

Go for it!

I really wanted to love this tea. Maybe I had too much expectations because it smells so good. I even bought a full tin. I tried it so many different ways, steeped in boiling water, according to the tin instructions, steeped as green tea, with honey, but it always, always tastes like those cheap green tea oversteeped (is that even a word?) served in asian restaurants.

I can give my tin away. I hate it.

This is just fantastic, fantastic. Now that Teavana/Teaopia doesn’t carry S’Mores anymore, I needed a marshmallow tea and David’s Tea saved my life with this fantastic thing. It’s chocolaty, marshmallowy and a bit sweet. It’s good straight or on a latte. I love it!

Makes a delicious soy latte. It’s my favourite drink before bedtime! Steep over about 2oz of soymilk with boiling water (the soymilk will set the temperature right) for about 4min. And there you go. It looks so pretty, too!

Random fruity tea and there were no jellybeans in my bag :( Very disappointing, but makes a tasty iced tea during summer parties and goes well with lemon. Well… I wouldn’t buy it again.

Here’s the trick for this tea: the longer you steep, the better it tastes. I usually can’t resist steeping it for longer than 6-7 min, and add a bit of soymilk. It tastes like hot chocolate. I’m honest. Forget about Carnation, this is MUCH BETTER.
