purchased this tea as a splurge reward to myself. i almost stalled at the price but wow. i see why. a very good premium tea i have already infused it 5 times and it still maintains its strength and flavor. dark earthy and tasty. heading to get another cup now. 30 second steeps increasing about 10 seconds between cups.

Preparation
205 °F / 96 °C 0 min, 30 sec

drank Holiday Chai by Stash Tea

love this tea on a cold winter day. just enough spice in the chai to make it interesting. vanilla notes and or butter rum also. not bitter just do not over steep i think a 60 secs. or so will give you a good cuppa.

Preparation
195 °F / 90 °C 1 min, 0 sec

a pu-er with a good citrus or orange note. longer infusions bring out more of the orange. this was my first flavored pu-er purchase mellow but i think the citrus may overpower the pu-er in this one. a good begiiner tea in the category.

I really like this as a change to my usual earl. the orange does not overpower the bergamont in my opinion. a good change of pace.

drank Pumpkin Spice DeCaf by Stash Tea

This is a favorite of mine since I love pumpkin pie. pumpkin pie in a cup with a small touch of half and half to add a creaminess to it. steep for a short time so it does not become bitter. I sweeten with sugar but I bet brown sugar would be even better. Note to myself to try it that way.

good on a cold winter day. not a super strong or sweet tea just enough of the gingerbread taste to make you want a gingerbread man cookie with it. i use a gongfu cup for infusing you may want to changer your steep time as a gongfu has a water to mass ratio like a french press so my steep times are short to get the flavor i desire.

I guess what makes this more Georgian is the Assam taste. Hum.

i know it is kind of weird but that is what i got when i tasted it. it is not too bad though i think will have more as the weather gets colder. right now i am on the pu-er kick!
