Very relaxing green tea. Its very light and high quality. An everyday type of green tea.

I was very impressed with this tea, its a very complicated tea in that it produces many different floral notes using the gaiwan. It was a medium oxidized tea which I found it was a nice balance. Very high Quality and relaxing beverage. I haven’t tried every sing oolong tea but this one is my favorite.

Very pleasant light green tea. It lacks bitterness and produces a calming cup. Comes from the nine famous mountains in china, a place home to monks that pray all day. This is a meditative tea that would be wonderful to enjoy in nature.

This is a tea that comes from a highly demanded tea region (Wu-Yi Mountain). This tea is grown on a rocky mountain which brings a unique tasting tea. Da Hong Pao teas can be some of the most expensive tea sold in the world. I do like this tea but its not my favorite Wu Yi tea. I do prefer the lesser oxidized version.

This is a high quality white tea. I do prefer the White Peony one that Mandala sales but this is a unique tea in that it will turn into a black tea if placed in storage. Its a complex tea flavor but overall a pleasant white tea.

This is a great version of Dragon Phoenix Pearls. The intensity is a 8 out of 10 but it uses rolled buds and has some of the jasmine flower present. Its very high quality, the only way you could beat this, is if you consumed it the day it was processed in China. Unless you want to travel to China this won’t be beaten.
I use the gaiwan and do multiple infusions (4-8 seeps). I find it best to infuse longer than the traditional gaiwan formula, like 2 minutes per infusion. I still experiment with the timing.
Great for detoxing and special occasions.

A nice basic light green tea. There is nothing that stands out about this tea. Its light and refreshing.

This is a nice Jasmine Green tea. It has a pleasant sweet jasmine aroma, its probably a 6 out of 10 in terms of intensity. I like to use this tea for making Jasmine Rice and putting it in keemun black tea every now and than. Its good for relaxing. Its not the best jasmine I have bought but its organic and not expensive. Can’t go wrong if you like Jasmine scented teas.

Decent Chai blend, not the best but average. I do like how this is a caffeine-free version.
