Great mellow tea, nice pale pear colored liquid when properly brewed. 1st infusion one minute, great earthy roasty taste with a light sweet note.

Tastes great first infusion. Strong minty flavor. 2nd infusion very weak, a lot of flavor loss. I suggest using a tablespoon of sugar per cup.
