The colour of the brew is amazing (really, really red, but not maroon). Super delicate, polished taste. Not bitter at all, regardless of how long you brew. I tried several brews.Slightly fruity.

Bio

I’ve been drinking tea for 35 years and am yet to reach what I call the tea zenith, i.e. find a tea that truly enlightens me.

I have definitely tasted some incredible teas and have had the pleasure of visiting some of the best plantations all over the world (Darjeeling is my favourite area)… but am yet to find THE special one.

My rating scale is as follows:

0-50: Rubbish. Will never buy again.
50-75: Run of the mill. Will never buy again.
75-90: Good. Will buy again.
90-100: World class. Will do anything to buy again! (I am yet to find something that rates above 100).
