This is one of my favorite bagged teas. I love licorice, and it’s got a nice sweetness to it that doesn’t leave you feeling dried out.

I got this as a free sample with an order. To me the flavor is way too harsh, and all I taste is peppermint. I definitely wouldn’t buy this on its own.

My kettle has settings for 200 and 212, so I thought I’d try the lower temperature since officially 205 is recommended. I think I prefer boiled water. At 200, I just don’t think enough flavor was extracted.

Well I tried making my first tea latte with this but it was pretty much a failure. Not sure if it’s me or the tea.

1 cup unsweetened almond milk + .5 cup water, heat until steaming/tiny bubbles, add 2.5 tsp tea, whisk & heat for 2 min, remove from heat and steep for 4 min, then strain. It didn’t have much flavor. I added 1 tsp vanilla extract and 1 tsp honey but that didn’t really boost the flavor at all.

Preparation
200 °F / 93 °C 6 min, 0 sec 2 tsp 12 OZ / 354 ML

I’ve had this several times and I’m still not sure what to make of it. I feel like the flavor is pretty weak. I am getting pumpkin for sure but not much spice.

Edit: all the spice settled at the bottom of my mug so I got a big spice kick but only at the very end…

A very nice tea with a good peach flavor. I received this as a free sample at a tea party. I’m not a huge fan of peach, so I probably wouldn’t buy this by itself, but it was pretty good!

Following the suggestion of other reviewers, I reduced the temperature and steep time dramatically, and it’s really an improvement! (Previously I was doing boiling, 10 min.) Used a heaping teaspoon again since the pieces are so large.

Preparation
185 °F / 85 °C 2 min, 0 sec 1 tsp 10 OZ / 295 ML

This tea is neither caramel or apple. I really only taste the rooibos and something else I can’t identify. Can’t wait until it’s gone.
