Where to begin with this delightful entity? How bout that full-bodies earthiness of the aged pu’erh leaves. And that distinctive ginger flava! I have been prone to awful headaches, but once I steep this tea for 10 mins or so, and squeeze a wedge of lemon into the mix, drinking pu’erh ginger becomes a treat and helps soothe the side effects I experience. The lovely lingering of the strong ginger brings me happiness too:) I also like to incorporate this tea into various marinades! So versatile, and oh so tasty.
