Ideas how to drain tea lids with water trapped inside them

So I carelessly dishwashed those airtight tea tin lids that have the hollow centers (wish I could post a picture), now I have some tea tin lids that have water sloshing around inside that I cannot pour out. I have had the lids sitting out at room temperature for about a week and there is still plenty of water inside.

Wondering if any one has any ideas how to drain and dry those lids and still use them?

**This is purely a project to attempt to reuse old tea tins.

If they’re metal, you could try warming them in a low oven to see if that helps the water evaporate?

This worked like a charm.
