Help identifying this teapot?

Hi all. I have a teapot almost exactly like this one on eBay:

Any idea where it is from? How old? My pot has a stamp on the bottom that matches this one in a couple characters but not others. It was a gift to me many years ago (before I even drank tea!) and now I appreciate it a lot. Any info you have would be appreciated. Thanks!

Its gonna be hard to get to determine the age of the teapot. Perhaps you should try contacting the seller. He might some information that would prove useful
