Life in Teacup for quality, Upton for the ability to try a bunch of different things. Most of what I have are samples so I haven’t had the chance to know companies well yet.

It used to be SpecialTeas before it went out of business. Now I’m in the process of finding a new favorite, so I don’t really have one. I want to like Adagio, but they lack the huge range of herbal/spice teas. If I had to pick, I’d probably go with David’s Tea, but I’m still looking for a cheaper place.

Yuuki-cha is my favorite. All of their teas are organic and fair trade and many are rare varietals that few grow anymore. Every tea has a story and unique flavor. And dispite their smaller staff size, I’ve never had a problem with an order and evryone has been very helpful and informative. They also have gorgeous bizen ware. I’d sell my foot for one of their frog chawans.
