Pu-erh or Oolong to go #2

I usually like to drink tea to help my sluggish digestion system. I find that pu-erh tea helps to regulate my bowel movements but oolong gives me a more cleansing feeling, plus oolong is a little bit easier for me to drink.

I was just wondering how the rest of you on here felt about these and if there are any other teas I should try?

If I really need the help, then a heavily fermented young shou leafed strong does the trick. More than does the trick. In fact, I usually regret it later.
