Does green tea stain your teeth?

I am worried that long time tea and coffee drinking will cause my teeth yellow.
I do not have any ideas about that.
Do you have the same problem with me? What will do to solve?

In my experience, green tea is less likely to stain teeth than black and roasted teas.

But the long-time tea drinking will stain your teeth?

Yep, of course, but there are so many drinks staining my teeth. Haha.

Right, but I still can’t resist the colored drinks.

The solution is to not mind your teeth being yellow :)

I’ve just learned to live with it :) I don’t think green tea stains as much as black tea or coffee.

In my opinion, the element of green tea and black tea is similar.
So, green tea will damage my teeth I think.

I’ve been drinking green tea for many years and if I stick with only green there is hardly any staining on my teeth at all.

Really? I can’t believe that.
Sometimes I think the color of tea will color mv teeth and I afraid to drink it a lot.

Leave green tea in a white cup overnight and see if it doesn’t create a ring.

Overall, green tea is good for your teeth, though.

If you want whiter teeth, just become black. Contrast is everything.

I can see that the white teacup will leave color on it,right?

It does, but how much tea or coffee stains your teeth is actually related to the enamel on your teeth. Certain foods wear it out more than others, like anything that contains more acidity such as lemons for example. People with weaker enamel get staining easier than others.

Just brush your teeth after you drink tea.

Ok, I know what you mean.
It’s depend on myself.
I like tea very much and I need to buy a electric toothbrush.

It wouldn’t surprise me if green tea stains your teeth a little, but it’s probably not as bad as acidic coffees and sodas. In the end, if white teeth are important to you, you might want to invest in some whitening strips.

Yep, I am looking a good electric toothbrush to save my teeth.

Another tried and true historical way to keep teeth white was to swirl around urine in your mouth.

Thanks for your advice.
