I found this tea to be just as described—sweet and spicy. The sweetness of the anise, licorice, and fennel is warmed up by the cinnamon and ginger. The lemon balm and peppermint add brightness to the flavor. I can’t pick out the cornflower, but this has become one of my favorite teas for the afternoon or evening, especially when I need an invigorating pick-me-up at the office.
