Bought tis a couple off weeks ago its my second Long Jing or Dragon Well pick the name u like most!

Brewed this last night with the recommended 2 teaspoons off leave’s with 80°c water (not recommended) and it was bitter. The brew lasted for 3Min but i had my water a bit to hot and way to many leafs for my liking… only started enjoying the third cup off the series brews i did.

Today tough i’m doing it my way, yes yes screw instructions i’m going with what i used my my Dragon Well form Jing. A 2m30 sec infusion with 65°c water and only one teaspoon full off the beautiful flat leaves! The result it a enormous difference over yesterday. I can taste the citrus note’s but there not overwhelming and i’m tasting nuts in the aftertaste. It gives a nice dry mouthfeel…

This is like i can tell a very good Dragon Well tea that surely can revival that off jing!
