Added to a cup of green tea: a couple shakes of cayenne, about 1/8-1/4 tsp grated ginger, and a squeeze or two of lemon juice. Could add honey if you wish. Could use an herbal tea bag, or just hot water instead of green tea. I never measure. or make this the same way twice. It’s the best way to clear a stuffy head though!

correction – it was the refrigerated prepackaged grated ginger, not ground (dried)

Holy CRAP! This sounds like it would be great cold, but I think between the lemon and cayenne it would be painful hot lol. If you have a fever, I strongly suggest you use LeafSpa’s Organic Honey Vanilla White Tea. Or even if you don’t have a fever, cuz it’s yummy lol.

It was a bit warm/spicy, but I didn’t/don’t have a fever and it did seem to help with the congestion a bit… That honey vanilla white sounds nice – I will check it out. I could use a good white tea!

It’s amazing both hot and cold- although you may like it at a cooler temp and shorter steeping time than they suggest.
