Loose Leaf Women Tea Company

Another garage sale tea! This one is pretty lame. The chai spices are way too muted. I want it to be spicier or more distinct. This is just super meh. Nothing stands out; it’s just weak.

This tastes mostly like apples with sometimes a bit of chamomile. It’s pleasant cold, though similar to many teas I’ve had before. It’s not at all tart, just fruity and refreshing. I got this tea at a garage sale, and it’s from a local company, but when I was entering the ingredients on here, I noticed it’s just Adagio’s Peach Serenity tea repackaged. Strangely, it doesn’t taste at all like peach.

I received this in last month’s SipsBy box, and can’t say I’m a huge fan (which is very unfortunate, because I love supporting small, female-owned businesses). But, the black tea is extremely astringent, even with the addition of honey and oat milk. The caramel flavoring comes across as more coconut than anything.
