Years ago, I had a source for quite a few of the offerings from Lindsay’s Teas. That source eventually raised their prices beyond what was acceptable, and I found other places from which to get my tea fix.
Fast forward to now, living in a new area. A cafe that is on my way to work – but into which I had never stopped – finally presents an opportunity for me to visit. In that visit, I purchase this delightful blend and try another (Russian Caravan with Vanilla).
I am quite glad for the rediscovery.
Easily overbrewed, this tea has a nice mouthfeel to it. The scent after steeping is far more spicy, and less smelling of orange, than the loose leaf by itself. The taste, however, is pretty good.
Edit: This might taste good with a bit of sugar.
