Advent tea
The first steep was very dark and chicory flavored with only a hint of mint. A bit too bitter for me, not chocolate at all. The second steep I added a bit of spearmint and it was still heavily chicory and woody flavored. An interesting blend, but maybe I need a bit less leaf and more mint to get the flavors to blend well.
