I am having a cup of this green powder tea as my morning cup. I fill my wooden teaspoon with the green powder and put this in my cup and adding the freshly boiled water into my cup, I stir the tea vigorously, whisking it until tea powder has completely dissolved. The tea did foam nicely and has a wonderful clean and fresh aroma with a salty-marine scent.

As I sip the tea I find that it is smooth with a salty after taste. The astringency is most light since the saltiness discerns it. I always enjoy having this tea for what it is worth. Overall, this is one tea powder that I continue to purchase and use as part of my morning tea drinking ritual. I mean it is good tea that is all.

This tea powder is part of my morning rituals. I take a small teaspoon of the powder and put this in my cup and add the hot water to it and stirring it vigorously until powder disappears. Unfortunately for me on this morning of rushing to get out the door, the tea ended pasty (mud-like) residue in my cup and the color was a dark green and when I tasted it, it was the most astringent that I have had as yet.

I realize in my rushing that I did not take adequate time to properly mix the tea powder and water; and the color seems to indicate this as well since so very dark (muddy like). I drank it just the same and derived no enjoyment since taste was pungently bitter of mine own doing.

I have always known how to make a bad cup of tea and now I have indeed experienced as such. Some would say, dearest all of your teas have been poorly made since not having the right equipment. Well kudos then!

Now that I have a new pack of this green powder tea I find that I can have it almost daily. Today I fixed another cup of this tea for strength and energy. I took one scoop of the tea and put it in my cup and adding the water to it, I stir and stirred it and there was foaming like milk giving the tea’s color a lighter shade of green. I would say misty foam of mint green.

I notice when sipping of the this drink that the foam makes it less astringent and smoother in fact and I can sip it slowly rather than just a quick gulp of the tea.

Overall, this tea powder drink is lovely misty green color when whisked properly resulting in foam like dew and the tea is smoother and richer perhaps. It is salt based and more marine algae or of the sea weeds plant.

This is one tea powder that I like. That is all.

I put 1 tsp of the tea powder into my tea mug and adding some hot water to my cup, I stir it well and noticing how brightest the green color is. Tea does not foam and I find I need to stir/mix it a bit more since the powder is not dissolving right away. In time after more stirring I was able to drink the mixture and it was very nice.

Tea’s color is bright green with a salty base. Aromatic wise it is seaweed / sea salt contents; tea is mildly astringent with none of that milky dew sweetness that can be associated with other matcha teas.

When I am drinking this matcha I tend to drink it with one gulp.

I had been out of this brand of Green Tea Powder for sometime now; a couple of weeks perhaps but long enough. During my visit to the Miso Market in Cambridge, MA I was happy to retrieve one bag. As I was going about the store selecting my items I kept insisting that the tea pouch seem smaller somehow, but not so as I found out when I got home to view the empty pouch from prior.

I open this newly bag and take a scoop of the powder and put this in my cup and adding the boiled water in the cup I stir and stir the mixture until it dissolve completely. Tea is a lovely green color and did not froth. It is brightly green like cut grass but not smelling of grass instead this is more marine/sea weeds in aroma. The base for this tea is salty and when I sip and sip of the tea this is what I taste with mild astringency as the tea’s tannins seemingly lick at my tongue. Weird.

I am happy to have been able to purchase this tea again and to enjoy it as well. I also have a tin of Matcha from another company that I have yet to open, hopefully in time I can and find out how this tea powder compares with a Matcha tea.

To simply enjoy the two will be wonderful and good for me for all of the health benefits offered.
