Gryphon's Tea

Grabbed this sample from a TTB and didn’t know what to expect. It’s pretty tart and slightly spiced. It seems to be going in a mulled cider type of direction, but with only like one spice added. It was a little too sour for me to really enjoy.

Sample from a TTB. This is a pretty simple blend, but it tastes nice cold. I taste the chamomile and mint. I have several teas like it on my shelf, so I didn’t feel the need to have more than a cup, but this was a pretty high quality version of this flavor profile.
