Green Hill Tea

Today I had Blueberry green that was sent as a sample tea from Green hill tea. I was very happy with the flavor. I made it iced and no sweetener (I forgot it) the flavor was stong and pleasent.

I just got this tea. It is great like all Green hill teas. The taste could be week if you forget to add the extra scoope for the iced part. The Mango has a nice suttle taste and even without sweetner.

Experience buying from Green Hill Tea: Positive.

Date of Purchase/Amount of Leaf/Frequency Drank: I bought four ounces of this sometime in the spring of 2011, and we drank it off and on for the last year or so.

Brewing guidelines: used my standard Indian-black tea steeping times and temperatures.

Flavor of tea liquor: good.

Value: I got this on auction on E-bay for what I remember to be a good price.

Overall: I simply want to log that we drank this tea, and although the most recent pot I made about week ago tasted not-so-good, most of the year we enjoyed drinking it.

I will change rating later if I discover I like it more. My hubby brewed my first and only try of this tea. I was not pleased with the quality but it may have been brewed incorrectly. Will try again and update.

Got a big 4oz bag of Monk Blend from Green Hill Teas.
I get a Strawberry smell and a bit of Vanilla from opening the bag.. not a lot of tea smell at all from the dry tea. I steep at near boiling for a little under 3min. Now the liquor is a nice brown/red with that same strawberry vanilla sent a bit more of the tea smell on the cup then in the bag. The taste I get the black tea flavor mixed with the fruit and vanilla.. and it is good.. get a little dryness at the end, but over all a very satisfying tea.
