This has a very mellow-pleasant aroma…not TOO floral. This brews up dark brown and has ‘floaties’ courtesy of the Lilac Petals. The taste is truly unique…it’s black tea that is semi-floral and semi-sweet…quite flavorful, actually and well-rounded. It has a very smooth finish and pleasing aftertaste. The more I drink the one – the more I like. MUCH more than I anticipated, YAY!
Starting my day with this one! You know how I LOVE my mint!!! I agree with LiberTEAS in saying that the mint is certainly in the forefront here. I’m not getting that much chocolate but I know it’s there. It smells wonderful and the taste is full of flavor and pretty yummy. I would love to have more chocolate in it tho! Evenso…this is good!
Yes this IS a nice well-balanced Black Tea!! A good-ole standby or go-to type tea. LOVE that it is a Chari-TEA…check it out here:

I’m starting my day with this one! And if my day is going to be anything like this tea…it’s going to be a good one!!!
I had a HUGE Pecan smack-dab in the middle of my strainer to steep along with one lonely white chocolate chip. It does smell lovely! Mostly like Pecan with a little sweetness.
Altho I couldn’t individually taste the white chocolate chip in the tea – I’m thinking it contributed to the smoothness of the overall taste as well as tone down the natural bitterness of the Pecan.
Regardless…this is tasty…yummy…a treat! Enjoyable!
Yummy! So glad I had this opportunity to revisit this awesome tea. Very good – and so perfect for this time of year. Warm and deliciously nutty, with a pleasant touch of sweetness and just enough sharp tones to keep it from becoming too sickeningly sweet.
Such a lovely balance of flavors. This one is definitely one of my favorites from Element Tea.
Yum! This tea smells delicious!
The black tea base is smooth. I think that the nutty flavors lend a certain richness that plays off well with the black tea – giving it a very rich and almost creamy flavor to it. (I am sure that the creaminess is also due in part to the white chocolate).
The cup is sweet, nutty and really very good. Just what I would have expected from a tea called “Southern Pecan.”
Preparation
Yum! Chocolate and Mint! two great tastes that taste great together!
The tea is strong but not overwhelming, and fairly smooth. It is somewhat astringent. There is a decent amount of chocolate in the blend, but the mint really dominates here, especially by the third or fourth sip. It starts with a distinct Ceylon flavor, and then the mint kicks in and it finishes with a smooth and sweet chocolate flavor. Nice!
Preparation
Dry Leaf Scent: Pure Coconut – and it’s truly splendid
Post Infusion Scent: Coconut, Peony – Still a delight
Color is a yellowish with light brown hue
Taste: YUMMY Coconut taste and CREAMY CREAMY CREAMY! Some lovely floral notes thrown in.
This is wonderful. VERY flavorful and much different than other tropical-type teas I have tried!
Sounds yummy. Sweet rooibos is one of my favorite treats.
