chai bora ltd

This was the only Tanzanian tea I tried while gone. I had it most mornings. It is a basic bagged black tea. It meets my expectations for a supermarket tea. I generally just left the bag in the cup until I was pretty much finished and it didn’t get bitter.

It was decent and I wouldn’t turn down a cup if offered. Probably wouldn’t keep it in stock though.

I’ve been drinking this everyday. Today, I made ginger tea with chai bora over the stove top. I also opened up some cardamom pods and added them. Yum! One of my favorite blends.

I can’t believe I haven’t written a log on this one. I think its because I am so used to consuming this on a regular basis that I forgot to write about it. This is one of my staples. Any Chai Bora is a staple. I need to have it at all times in my cupboard. This tea is great with sugar and/or milk. I’ve made it with spices like cardamom. I love this tea. It gets bitter if its in the hot water for too long, but I must say that this is the tea that got me into teas!

Needed a strong black tea before my night shift! This was perfect mixed with sugar and milk.

Last night I had a raging migraine headache… my boyfriend made this for me with some sugar, and my headache eased up after drinking it… and after taking 3 advils as well :P Ahh chai bora… you never fail me
