I have had many muscatel teas which were from darjeeling or elsewhere, and I always preferred the former. This muscatel in particular just smells almost of a vanilla flan or creme brulee. It is truly divine. If you like this I would definitely recommend the masala muscatel!

Oolongs have always been a very special tea to me, I think its the most complex and versatile of all. And the Lifelong is no exception. It comes on strong but sweet and finishes with a delicate natural taste.

I love Darjeeling teas and this one has to be one of my all time favorites. The roasted floral notes come on strong but finish off with a delicious sweet aftertaste, the smell alone took me back to the hearth at grandmas on a cold winter night

I tried this tea when if first came out and was a little disappointed. It wasn’t bad in any sense of the word, but as an Earl Grey fan I felt let down. Although I was recently ordering from C&M and a new blend of this tea was available and I was pleasantly surprised to say the least, I live a good comeback!

I was always prone to drinking Darjeelings whenever offered a black tea, purely because of the reputation that the name holds. Although when my close friend gave me this Assam to try it certainly broadened my tea horizons and destroyed a few stereotypes! Now it ranks as one of my favorite black teas!

Had this with as well as without milk.

I actually thought it was best served with milk (iced and well-stirred), but my partner liked it more without milk and ice.

This was a new tea for me. I don’t know if I’ll buy it myself, but I enjoyed a cup at my friend’s house. It’s a bit earthy but not too bad.

I can’t seem to get this tea to taste as described. I’ve brewed several cups now and each one is bitter. Too bad really, I like the concept.
