Beautiful true peach. No ginger that I detected though this has been hanging around for a while. the lack of ginger doesn’t trouble me at all. Delightful cup.

In other news, I wasn’t able to dine in a restaurant today because I had forgotten my vaccine passport. I had gone to pick up some takeout and, on a whim, thought that I would have a bowl of something there as well. It was such a lovely day. Oh well.

And it’s a sipdown!

Ingredients: peppermint leaves. That’s it. Golden honey-like colour, fresh peppermint taste. The peppermint lingers on the tongue.

Steeped for 4 minutes. I love the spices, it makes a rich cup of tea. Added milk.
